Tidy Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our mini call center. The CSR is part of a team of people who are the company’s front line contact in providing customers with exceptional experiences through the company’s mini call center. The job encompasses customer service, sales, accounts receivable and day to day interaction with the Operations Team. The daily work environment is fast paced, while fielding calls, determining the caller’s needs, assisting with orders and producing work orders and service contracts. 

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience in call center, customer service or related field
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and G-mail.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets
